The hotel was situated in a quiet and peaceful area. The staff was exceptionally accommodating and friendly. We enjoyed the free breakfast that was offered which had a variety of Japanese options. The onsen was a nice way to relax after an exhausting day. The shower room had shampoo and soap provided. We were happy to find coin-operated washing and drying machines in the onsen dressing room.

The location of the hotel was a bit of a downside as it required a taxi ride to get anywhere. The rooms were very small and had limited space.

The hotel was situated far away from public transportation, and any sightseeing needed a taxi ride, which added to the cost. the rooms, though small, were okay for a two-night stay and had a nice view of the mountains. the free breakfast was nothing remarkable, but it was complimentary. the onsen was a welcome treat after a long day, and the massage chair and foot massager were beneficial. the staff, especially Mai, were helpful.

The bathroom size was tiny, and it was difficult to move around.
